Tip 2 : Frame your goal positively. Say, “I will become fluent in Spanish” rather than “I will stop making mistakes in Spanish.” The former is motivating; the latter, not so much.

Keep your goals visible. Post them where you’ll see them daily – your desk, mirror, or even the fridge.

4. Make an Action Plan

Often overlooked, this step is crucial. Map out the steps to your goal and break them down into manageable tasks. By creating a detailed action plan, you can clearly see the path to your goal and tackle it one step at a time. As you complete each task, cross it off your list to visually track your progress and stay motivated.
